Ingredients:
12 oz block Extra Firm Tofu
1 head Green Bib Lettuce
1-2 Carrots
2-3 Radishes
Fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp cooking oil
2-3 Tbsp Peanut Satay Sauce
Directions:
Drain and press tofu while prepping.
Rinse, dry, and roughly chop cilantro.
Chop carrots and radishes into matchsticks.
Rinse lettuce in cold water and lay out the largest outer leaves to dry.
Dice tofu into small cubes and pan fry in oil over medium-high heat until crispy, stirring occasionally until mostly browned.
Once cooked, mix tofu and satay sauce together in a bowl.
Assemble satay wraps by placing ingredients along the center stem for stability. Then, fold the top of the lettuce over, and roll up from the side.
